The Program

 

The process by which I believe is the most effective pathway to healing and personal evolvement includes the following as part of a 9 week personal transformation program:


Connecting

We have often learnt through our lives to busy ourselves to avoid our inner most thoughts and feelings. The human condition is largely driven by seeking pleasure and avoiding pain. When painful emotions present (often for healing), many of us find the most effective distraction to avoid these feelings. From my perspective, this often presents as a ‘busyness’ within one’s energy field. The first step in the healing journey in my opinion is learning to slow down, become present, and reconnect with self. In this space healing may begin. This is covered in weeks 1-3 of the programme.

Releasing

Once we are more connected to self, we are in an ideal position to begin releasing. The tools that I share have proven to be effective and efficient in assisting you to release old or stuck emotional energy. Rapidly moving to the very root of the feeling without the need to dwell on the subject matter (or story) attached to the emotion. It is then that the body’s innate ability to allow emotion to flow can take place. As this emotional energy moves through you, a great release is taking place. The beauty of what you will learn is how these techniques can be used at any time another layer of emotional energy comes up for healing. This is covered in weeks 4-6 of the programme.

Creating

What remains is often a greater sense of peace, calm, and clarity. In this space fresh new possibilities are born. When the mind and the body become clearer, inspiration, hope and creativity come more easily. In this lighter space you will begin to create a life to get excited about. Lifting your energetic vibration and being able to reconnect with that which lights you up! Looking at who are you at the core of your being and what brings you joy and contentment. This is covered in weeks 7-9 of the programme.
